Keeping this record current

Add an entry when a substantive update has been published. Give the publication date and itemise what changed. A prepared draft is not a published revision.

If you notice guidance that is unclear or out of date, tell your Department Chief or Command Staff. The Governance chapter explains how to suggest a change. A revision to this manual does not itself change a member's points, rank or awards in the roster.
